ColegauCymru was delighted to support the annual Learning & Work Institute Inspire! Adult Learning Awards which took place on 10 September at Cardiff’s Coal Exchange Hotel.

The Inspire! Adult Learning Awards celebrate the achievements of exceptional individuals, families, community projects and organisations who have shown outstanding passion, commitment and drive to improve themselves, their community or workplace through learning.

The Awards also highlights the impact of lifelong learning in Wales and is a chance to demonstrate the value of investing in life changing opportunities.

ColegauCymru Chief Executive, David Hagendyk, said,

“We send our warmest congratulations to all the nominees and winners of the Awards. Adult learning allows people to have the confidence, motivation and means to re-enter education to gain the skills they need to work and thrive at any stage, which in turn helps to support our communities and economy.”
