ColegauCymru is pleased to congratulate Cardiff and Vale College on winning the award for Further Education Provider of the Year Award at the prestigious National Centre for Diversity #FREDIEAwards 2021! The NCFD FREDIE Awards celebrate the very best champions of fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement.
The College was also placed at Number 2 on the NCFD’s Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces, a list that crosses all sectors and sizes of organisation including UK-wide private sector firms, banks, colleges and charitable organisations.

Cardiff and Vale College is also accredited with a Leaders in Diversity Award and is noted as one of the top institutions in the UK for encouraging an all-encompassing culture of equality, diversity and inclusion. This is the highest and most prestigious award offered by the National Centre for Diversity.
