In 2016/17, CollegesWales International undertook a one-year project into the acquisition of skills for the Retail, Tourism and Hospitality sectors in Wales. The amusingly titled final report, Gammon, egg and chips in a pub night after night, provides an insight into those sectors and offers recommendations to support training and skills development for this important economic sector in Wales.
