National Education Workforce Survey for Wales

In a matter of days, a limited number of vocational learners will return to college and the important task of compiling Centre Determined Grades for assessments will begin in earnest. As we return to work following the half term break, and as a priority, we're asking our college colleagues to take some time to reflect on their experiences as members of the Education Workforce Council teaching staff and completing the National Education Workforce Survey for Wales.

The survey asks for reflections on experiences before Covid19 and also during the current disruption. We're particularly keen to hear about issues affecting workload and well-being and the opportunities available for professional learning.

The survey is easy to complete and will remain open until 26 February 2021. All responses will be treated confidentially by the Education Workforce Council and form part of a project between colleges, the Joint Trade Unions and Welsh Government, as we work together to support colleges to provide the best possible learning experiences for our learners.

We are grateful for the continued support of our college colleagues as we work together in these extraordinary time and look forward to the day we can fully return to face to face provision with our learners.
