ColegauCymru requests that learners receiving education in more than one setting or education other than at schools (EOTAS) are taken into account. For example, Junior Apprenticeships schemes where 14 - 16 year olds spend time at further education institutions.

ColegauCymru agrees that the new proposals will help ensure learners registered in more than one setting are in receipt of the appropriate and full curriculum by allowing all parties to be involved in the planning and reviewing processes.

However, questions remain in relation to what this means in a college setting, and how it would affect vocational qualifications.
