ColegauCymru supports the proposal for the duties of the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales to transfer to the new Commission for Tertiary Education and Research once it has been dissolved and recognise the role of the Commission to act as a mechanism to ensure that colleges are held accountable to the well-being goals.
